To promote the launch of the Amazon Prime series Citadel, ITC Sunfeast Dark Fantasy wanted to go beyond traditional advertising. The goal was to transform a routine cookie purchase into an interactive entry point for the Citadel spy universe, requiring a seamless integration of web technologies, video automation, and social sharing.

The Solution

We engineered a high-performance web application that allowed fans to 'join the agency' through a multi-sensory digital journey. By scanning a Dark Fantasy product, users triggered an immersive flow that merged real-time data with cinematic content. Key features included: Web-Based Face Scanning for identity verification, Dynamic Identity Generation creating personalized 'Spy ID Cards' with unique code names and skill sets, Simulated Video Interaction featuring pre-recorded video of lead actress Priyanka Chopra, and Automated Content Delivery via WhatsApp and Email APIs.
